2019 seems to have been a marriage inspired year with so many wedding having taken place, despite Covid-19 hitting us all. Some of our rappers chose the year to be the year to wed. A Rustenburg Hip Hop conversation cannot be had without the mention of Dox DeezoL. He is among the few that has been making major moves in and outside the city and representing it the over the years.  Dox, whose real name is Edwin April began his music career in his teen years and acquired much popularity then as his brand was widespread throughout the Rustenburg area.  He has always been on the go from early on and his track record speaks volumes. Rapper Kgosi Boipelo Talks Unity, Growth and Independence

Kgosi Boipelo is one of Pretoria's most promising talents as far as music is concerned. Having called Ga-Rankuwa home for the longest time, this is where he spent his time finding himself, learning his skills and moulding his rap career. Tan89Media .     When Choosing A Stage Name... Choosing a stage name, an alias or an “aka” as an artist is an imperative task because it is a big part of your brand and how you want to be perceived.  It might be as simple as using your real name as or as complex as coming up with a whole new name. It can be as simple as “AKA”, “Kabza De Small”, “Qwabe Twinz” or “Master KG” because it’s really straight forward and doesn’t need much breaking down or decoding.  Some stage names are unique to the core, though they might need to be explained to be understood. Self Taught Creative Entrepreneur Mpumelelo Lives on Double Faith

Mpumelelo aka "Double-ts Saza" is a 33 year old filmmaker, musician and an entrepreneur who resides in Hammanskraal, north of Pretoria and he is a big believer of faith.  So much so that he has named all of his entities "Double Faith".  "All my entities were inspired by the word Faith which happens to be the name of my ex-girlfriend from Bloemfontein. Instead of having faith like everyone else, I chose to have Double Faith in everything I do. I even created a slogan that says "Don't have faith but have Double Faith."  Mpumelelo is currently running three "Double Faith" ships in the form of "Double Faith Entertainment" which is a record label and an events company. Then "Double Faith Visuals" which is a film production company that deals with professional music videos, photography, documentaries and online TV content.  The last of the three pillars is his proudest venture, "Double Faith Connect" which is a mu
