  Third time lucky for Nasty C? South Africa has been featuring at the BET Awards for several years now.  In 2019 it was Aka and Sho Madjozi. The year before then,which was probably the only year Mzansi got the most nominations with people like Cassper, Sjava and once famous "Destruction Boyz"  Nasty C has made his 3rd consecutive appearrance as a nominee at the BET HIP HOP AWARDS and the 3rd time might just be the charm. Rappers and Marriage: SA Rappers Who Got Married in 2019

2019 seems to have been a marriage inspired year with so many wedding having taken place, despite Covid-19 hitting us all. Some of our rappers chose the year to be the year to wed. Dox DeezoL- The Rapper, The Businessman and The Rustenburg Hip Hop Ambassador

A Rustenburg Hip Hop conversation cannot be had without the mention of Dox DeezoL. He is among the few that has been making major moves in and outside the city and representing it the over the years.  Dox, whose real name is Edwin April began his music career in his teen years and acquired much popularity then as his brand was widespread throughout the Rustenburg area.  He has always been on the go from early on and his track record speaks volumes. His persistence and drive has seen him move from Rustenburg to Pretoria to Joburg and making the biggest moves in each city. From as early as Grade 10 Dox was already getting radio play and interviews.
