Dear Kwesta...

I have been watching and observing and reading and listening and I couldn’t just not say anything. Coz some of these things that are happening and some of these things that people are saying .... really piss me off! But it’s not about them. I hope you are keeping well and safe. Like I said, I have been watching and unfortunately the winds of change would sooner or later come to tide and this would be your reality. Though I expected it, I hate that it’s happening. Please just bear in mind that its only momentarily. I really do hope you are doing okay and you are as strong as you make it out to be. And I hope you are not going under because of the dust of the gravel road. You know what it is. You know the ying goes with the yang, day goes with night and ups goes with the down, so I really so hope you do understand this and you are stayin put and staying up and waiting for spring time. You know who you are. Don’t forget that. Don’t lose that. Don’t discard that. Don’t question that. Be

Tru Crack's code to making music and winning at it

I first got hint of Tru Crack through a track of his titled "Yanos". I think I first heard it on Motsweding FM. This was when AmaPiano was rapidly taking over. I had never heard of him before nor of his music. This was early 2020 and the track was newly released. He then released 2 more tracks that same year.  Tru Crack, real name Ofentse Mothelesi is a Hip Hop (Trap) artist, producer and sound engineer. His music career dates back to over 10 years since he started out and it was around 2016/7 that he started getting visible and making moves that would see him where he is now. He took his musical interest seriously to a point of enrolling at Audio Academy to study sound engineering.  After this, Tru Crack went on to work with the late HHP as his rehearsal engineer and other artists like Reason, Towdeemac, Unathi, Fifi Cooper and Khuli Chana. He's also appeared on SpeeKas' well-known "Sotra Cophers" Freestlye Series. Though he is now a Gauteng resident, Tru

Black Coffee is a DJ and a musician who has done super well for himself and he is one of South  Africa’s proud exports. His brand weighs quite a lot of weight, so when anyone gets his recognition it is bound to be a proud and surreal moment for them . This was such the case for one Johannesburg based emerging Afro/Tech House DJ and Producer, Dr Feel. He found  himself, well 2 of his songs featured on the legendary DJs’ Spotify playlist. The songs “Ngoma” and  “Vaudzeyi Vanamate” made an appearance on “Black Coffee Track ID’s on Spotify beginning of July.  Dr Feel is an all-round producer and who has been specifically releasing Afro House music nonstop since  2019/2020. Before then Dr Feel was a strictly Hip Hop Producer even producing one of Ifanis’ hit  songs “February” but it seems the change in direction as far as his music is concerned was a well- earned move.  Dr Feel has never shied away from being a huge fan of Black Coffee and he is one of the people he l ooks up to in the musi
